Dear Sir, I, wish you to send me a Ticket to Richmond, in accordance with the late laws of the Congress of Con, States, I, have a son in the Army, and A great many of my neighbors children is gone also, And I, wish to go as Nurse for them as there are a great many of them now sick
My Son is in the Barksdale Grays, of Russells Regiment, Miss Vol, And accept of my assurances of [strikethrough] [unclear] [strikethrough] [regard?]
